Tom Bosse is the founder of Bosse Heating & Air Conditioning LLC.  Mr. Bosse has worked as a skilled HVAC tehhnician and contractor for over 24 years.  In 2001,Mr. Bosse started Bosse Heating & Air Condition to provide skilled, professional and reliable HVAC services to customers in Southington and the surrounding towns.  

Dave Passarelli has been in the HVAC field for 20 years and has worked with the Bosse team since 2004.  Dave has installed hundreds of central air conditioning systems in central Connecticut. Mr. Passarelli is skilled in trouble shooting HVAC systems and, knowledgeable and experienced in installation of new and replacement oil, propane, electric and natural gas heating systems.  

Marc Testa is an experienced technician who joined the Bosse team in 2007.  Mr. Testa is knowledgeable in all types of residential heating and cooling systems. Marc is trained in the newest technical systems available to the home consumer.  Our customers are always happy to have Marc return to their home for a cleaning or routine tune up because of his friendly and honest demeanor.

Greg Mane in the newest member of the Bosse team. Mr. Mane is involved in the maintenance, repair and installation of home heating and air conditioning systems.  Greg is a hard worker, who is a valuable asset to our team.  

Gail Pederson is the heart of our administrative staff.  Gail provides courteous customers service and is happy to help with any scheduling questions you may have.
